Facial Waxing (Please help me)?

What last longer, ready-to-use waxing strips or body sugar wax that you put on and than you stick a strip on top?

( and i'm using parissa products)Facial Waxing (Please help me)?
So how many times exactly do you plan on asking the same question?Facial Waxing (Please help me)?
Ready to use strips are tricky and sometimes dont get all the hair...sugaring and regular wax that you tear off with a muslin strip are pretty much the same though I perfer the regular wax thats applied then peeled off with a muslin strip...make sure you hold the skin taught behind where you are going to pull, always pull towards the nose...no matter where on you're body you wax this is ALWAYS the case...and tap the skin (quickly and many times) you just waxed with you're fingers right after you pull the strip off (makes the sting less) and NEVER rewax over the same area you just did you can cause a scab...remove any excess hairs with tweezers...

Happy waxing!!!
I would try going to a professional. Just go to any spa or beauty salon that does eyebrow waxing and usually they will do it for you. they have all the necessary equipment and KNOW what they are doing. that way, you won't end up with scarring or rashes (my own experience lol). It only costs me $15 dollars to get my entire face waxed when i go and it is only red for a few hours and really doesn't hurt that bad. it is totally worth it and lasts about 2 months!
I'm been using waxing strips they last for about 5 weeks..

Do models and celabs wax or remove their facial hairs using any other method? cuz their face look hairless?

some do wax their faces, but the main reason they look hairless is the airbrushing used on the images we see...

yay! they aren't perfectDo models and celabs wax or remove their facial hairs using any other method? cuz their face look hairless?
Well, almost all photographs of models and celebrities are photoshopped so you can't see any facial hairs.

If you have upper lip or sideburn hairs, you should have them waxed off. You can do this at home.

I'd recommend the ';Microtweeze'; brand of wax because it isn't sticky and you don't have to use strips. You pop the container in the microwave and heat it, then apply it to your skin and pull it off after it dries.

It doesn't grow back thicker. It actually takes a while to grow back and grows in thin. It can also be used for the eyebrows and bikini area as well.

You can buy ';Microtweeze'; at any local Sally's beauty supply or online.Do models and celabs wax or remove their facial hairs using any other method? cuz their face look hairless?
Ya I too have thought about that question a lot. How do they keep it up????
lazer hair removal
i think make up does the trick
Hey

Thought my answer might help hehe

Well i do modelling and no i dont wax my face lol

For photoshoots its about setting the colour and tone exactly right to get that flawless look, its not always about airbrushing.

For runways, well you just put makeupon and you cant see it.

Thats about it

Do you wax / bleach your facial hair? [girls.]?

i am guy so i dontDo you wax / bleach your facial hair? [girls.]?
no wayDo you wax / bleach your facial hair? [girls.]?
I love potato chips.
I use a cold wax...less painful for me.
I dont have any?
nope

I want to purchase wax for my face what is the best kind to get for facial hair removal...?

The brands are pretty much the samw. Go for convienence. Buy a wax that is already to use. On the strip and everything. You just rub it in your hands to warm it up and place it on. No messing with a big thing of wax that you could burn yourself with. I advise you just go to a salon and have it done, you'll be paying about the same and it hurts less when someone else is ripping it off.I want to purchase wax for my face what is the best kind to get for facial hair removal...?
I personally like Sally's. It works fantastic. You can usually get it at your local Wal-Mart for about 7-8 dollars.

  • Wax on facial hair?

i wanna ask that i have a lots of hair my face. and ifeel very embassraced in front of people. somebody told me to wax them offf. so if i do wax on my face r those hair come bard hard. or is that true that after wax those hair will grow back thick. it means they r more visible than they r right now.Wax on facial hair?
Waxing doesn't generally cause hair to grow back thicker.

However, get a professional to do it. You might tear your skin if you do it yourself.Wax on facial hair?
that is a myth .. it does not come back thicker ... it only seems that way because its growing back ... your hair texture generally remain the same ... it will only seem more visible because youll notice a new smooth face .... then a few weeks later the hairs will grow back giving an appearance or thicker more visible facial hairs
    waxing would be fine
I've know a few people that wax their upper lip but I don't know about the whole face.

On average how much does an person who gives facials, eyebrow waxing, body treatments..ect make??

so i hated my first year at college. i was an elementary ed. major and knew from the start it wasn't for me. I love being creative and have always wanted to go into a field that i could incorporate something with it. My parents stress the importance of having a 4 year degree but i'm being stubborn because i know for what i want to do you don't need one. In compromise i'm going to get a 2 year degree in business and i'm hoping to go to the aveda institute. I would like to see my self one day working in a spa and eventually using my 2 year degree to help open up a small shop. I need advice on my ideas and plans. also possibly the average of what an esthetician makes and some successful ways others have gone about this.!! help please!!On average how much does an person who gives facials, eyebrow waxing, body treatments..ect make??
It depends on where you work. A few places are strictly salary, although it's mostly medical esthetics. Most spas are either straight commission on services and product sales or salary plus commission. In that case, you determine how much money you make. Depending on where you live, esthetician jobs may be in short supply, so you may also want to look into nail tech (in my state it's the same hour as esthetics and high end places are always looking for nail techs) or straight cosmotology if you have an interest in hair and color. On average how much does an person who gives facials, eyebrow waxing, body treatments..ect make??
You are not being ';stubborn';, you are being stupid. Cosmetician is a dead-end job that requires working evenings and weekends. On average they make $24,000 per year and never get past the $50,000 a year (the most!) mark throughout their entire lives! You will still have to become licensed/.
I've heard of estheticians making good money (don't know the numbers, sorry) but it's dependant on where you work and the clientele, because you're making the big money on your tips, not your paid wage. So basically get your contacts going already if you want to get into someplace with generous, rich clientele!

Veet Cold Wax For Facial Hair?

Did those work for you? If so, which one??Veet Cold Wax For Facial Hair?
Yes...the Veet wax strips do work, especially on facial hair. I use the kind that come in the small yellow box (about 6 dollars) and come with about three packages of oil-soaked towelettes. It hurts a little and makes the area red and irritated, but it doesn't last long at all and the hair will NOT grow back thicker...just the opposite, it comes back lighter and softer. The best thing about these is you can even cut them to a smaller size if you'd like.Veet Cold Wax For Facial Hair?
The person above is wrong. Waxing is the best way to deal with facial hair because not only does it pull the hair from the root it also slows the growth of future hair. If you're talking about the Veet with the strips they are really good and are fast and easy.

    Good luck.
actually chirsta, that would only be true if the above were to shave the hair.

Well, for me, i go to get it done at a salon, that way it gets done professionally.. if this is your first time, maybe you should get it done at a salon, just to see how it is done. Everyone is different, so you might have to try around for the different cold wax for facial hair. Just make sure that you get a bottle that says 'facial hair' or else you may end up with a leg wax strip... and that hurts.. alot.
your hair will only grow back thicker
