i have a yellowish/tannish skin tone and i have some facial upper lip hair. i waxed but apperantly my hair was too shortt to come off. so now i have to wait for it to grow longer but school has already started so i dont like going to school with hair there. so i've been plucking it but i cant take it all off b/c there is too much. even though i pluck as much and try to wax it off there is always a black shadow there. even when i put make-up and foundation it still shows!!! so wat do i do? do i just use a depilatory? i want a smooth clean upper lip. with no hair! wat can i do is there a type of make-up that hides and covers it? thank youGrowing out my facial hair to wax?
Depilatory cream you mean? No never use that, you'll stay green there for the rest of your life, do anything but use a cream or a razor there eek!

well with an upper lip issue u should use either a venus razor or a hair removal cream like veet it works great and last 1 to 2 weeks....but MAC has a blemish control cream that targets shadows . :) HOPE IT HELPS
